Our Story

C&C Custom Interiors has been servicing the South West Minnesota area since 2005. Over the years we have become one of the most respected and experienced full-service remodeling companies in the area and are committed to delivering the highest levels of craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

At C&C we love design and want the customer experience to be as gratifying as it is for us. We strive to make the process easy, transparent and a true partnership. When needed, we collaborate with the best subcontractors, utilizing their expertise to maintain project momentum.

Our process begins with you. We look at your needs, lifestyle at home and work, and necessary project objectives. Collaboration and communication are the keys to your satisfaction and our success.

Our Founders

Clay and Cindy Rosa, founders of C & C Custom Interiors

Clay and Cindy founded C&C Custom Interiors in 2005.

Clay has 24 years in the industry. He started his career working as a project manager on the west coast. Working closely with some of the best designers in the field. He moved back to Minnesota to be closer to family and managed a local interior design showroom for 8 years prior to starting his own firm. Since then he strives to make each project a very special experience for the client.

Cindy has over 20 years of experience in logistical management for the design and hospitality industry. Cindy has helped Clay in establishing
C&C Custom Interiors as one of the areas leading interior design firms. As of 2018 Cindy has decided to step aside into retirement, and explore her creative side in the art realm.

Denise Thomas - Designer

The Store Cats

Denise Thomas

Denise has been working for 25 years as a designer. She graduated from the Philippine School of Interior Design and brings a global perspective to her process and product. Denise spent the first 17 years of her career in Minneapolis, working in residential and commercial design, and has now found her home at C&C for the past 5 years.

She is an excellent project manager and problem solver and can envision the big picture while never her losing attention to detail. Denise brings an intuitive understanding of client need, while balancing function and artistry into her designs.
